OUR PROCESS
STEP ONE: Consultation
One of our professionals will meet you at your home to discuss your landscaping and design needs. You’ll receive a client package with information about our business.
STEP TWO: Design Proposal
Based on our discussions we will put together a landscape proposal detailing the extent of the design work and the fees attached. Once the proposal is signed and deposit is received, the design process can begin!
STEP THREE: Landscape Design
Our designer will take any necessary measurements and grades on the conditions of the site. From there, the designer will put together a conceptual plan that illustrates the general layout and concepts of the design along with a rough budget estimation. We’ll meet with you and make any necessary revisions. Finally, after all the revisions are made and the final landscape plan is presented in detailed drawings, we’ll provide you with a detailed quote for the construction. At this point, the remaining deposit is due.
STEP FOUR: Construction
If the clients agrees to the detailed quote a contract will be put together outlining the job and payment schedule. Once signed, and the initial deposit is received, the project will be scheduled and any utility locates, permits or working drawings will be looked after. During the installation process, there will be a dialogue between the clients, designer and supervisor to ensure the required outcome.
STEP FIVE: Final Inspection
On completion of the job, the supervisor will do a walk-through with the client to ensure total satisfaction. After this, the client will receive the final invoice.
