CONSULTATION
It’s important to get to know you to truly understand what the landscaping needs of you and your family are. When engaged, our friendly and knowledgeable professionals set up a casual exploratory visit with you at your home and discuss your landscaping needs. We make a point of introducing ourselves and explaining our business and value proposition. We also provide suggestions and expertise on design and construction methods and take our learnings back with us.
SITE ANALYSIS
If you find we are a good fit and have the capabilities to fulfill what you are looking for, we will return for a site analysis. We take measurements, analyze grades, and evaluate the existing conditions of your property, requesting site plans if available.
LANDSCAPE DESIGN
Design is what we believe to be the single most important step in the landscape process and the main reason people choose to work with Creo. We take this part seriously so you can get the most out of your landscape investment. Throughout our design process, we are sensitive to old charm and unique characteristics that your home may feature. We design to exploit and compliment the beauty of these features. Our designers start by analyzing our learnings from the exploratory visit and putting together a comprehensive package of landscape plans and details to ensure the proposal is clearly illustrated for the customer.
THE DESIGN PROCESS IS OUTLINED IN 3 STEPS:
- Conceptual drawings: these outline the general layout of the proposed landscape
- Revisions: based on feedback from our clients, we will revise the plan accordingly
- Final landscape plan: we deliver a completed plan package with details, materials and plant types
PROJECT PLANNING
We then propose a budget for the construction portion of the job. Our estimator provides a detailed quote for the work as well as a contract. Once the contract is signed and the payment terms have been sorted we begin planning our construction approach.
CONSTRUCTION PROCESS
Every project begins with an internal meeting where our crews are briefed on the project, and important details are discussed. Our construction crews are composed of passionate, highly skilled craftsmen trained to have very high standards. Our foremen are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, ready to answer any questions you may have. We keep our job sites safe and clean throughout the entire construction process.
FINISHING DETAILS
The way a job is finished can make or break a landscape experience. We take great pride in the quality of our workmanship and the satisfaction of our clients. At the completion of the job, our crews will carefully inspect the job to make sure everything is absolutely perfect.
